I am a freelance consultant, and I will be your only contact throughout the planning process. On the wedding day, all trusted vendors will be briefed, and together we will execute a flawless experience. It depends on the size and complexity of your wedding if there are additional assistants.

I am an enthusiastic wedding planner who personally takes care of your wedding planning. You will have me as your only trusted contact for all vendors and details. I don't count hours for planning, and I am always available. I dedicate all my experience and knowledge to your event and assure you that your big day reflects your vision of a perfect Italian wedding.

After discussing your wishes and requirements, I will send you some venue options that fit your budget and wedding dreams. When you are ready to confirm the chosen venue, I ask you to confirm also my services with a payment of 30% of my service fee. After the confirmation and receiving the payment, we start to plan your big day in detail.

Yes, I do, and it is highly recommended to come and visit venue options before confirming. This venue tour takes typically half a day, and we can fix an appointment with 3-4 venues depending on region and distances. I ask for a fee for this service, and half of the payment will be refunded once you book my services.

I advise you to start planning at least one year ahead to get the best availability of the venues – however, it is also possible with a shorter notice time.
Elopements and smaller weddings can be organized within a couple of months.
Remember that the closer you are to your wedding day, the less you have available venues and services. Italy is a very requested wedding destination!
The details that will be taken care of also include decorations and flowers, beauty treatments, talented photographers, private transfers, music for the ceremony, printed materials and much more.
